Privacy policy

Last updated 2026-10-10

This policy explains what personal data I process when you visit northpinestudio.lt or write to me through the enquiry form or by email.

01 Who handles your data

The data controller is Lukas Pjankovas, trading as northpine/studio. For any questions about your data, write to labas@northpinestudio.lt.

02 What data I collect

Through the enquiry form: your name, email address or phone number, the project type you choose and your message. If you write by email, I receive your email address and the content of your message.

When you visit the website: Cloudflare, which hosts it, briefly keeps technical request logs (such as IP address and browser details). I do not analyse visitors or use tracking tools.

03 Why, and on what legal basis

I use enquiry data only to reply, discuss your project and send you a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). If we sign a contract, I continue to process the data to perform it.

Technical logs are processed on the basis of a legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and working (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

You don't have to provide your data, but without contact details I can't reply to you.

04 Who receives your data

FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): the service that forwards enquiry form submissions to my email.

Email service provider: the mailbox where I receive and keep enquiries.

Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting and protection.

I don't sell your data or share it for marketing.

05 Transfers outside the EU

FormSubmit and Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the USA. Cloudflare relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. If you prefer your enquiry not to pass through FormSubmit, write to me directly at labas@northpinestudio.lt.

06 How long I keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a project are deleted no later than 12 months after our last exchange.

If we sign a contract, I keep our correspondence and related data for as long as needed to perform it and as required by law (for example, for accounting records).

07 Cookies and browser storage

I don't use cookies. After you send an enquiry, your browser (localStorage) stores the time it was sent. It is used for 10 minutes so the same form isn't sent twice by accident, and it stays in your browser until you clear it. It is never sent anywhere or used for tracking, and you can delete it in your browser settings.

08 Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, object to processing and request data portability. To use these rights, write to labas@northpinestudio.lt. I will reply within one month.

09 Complaints

If you believe your data is being handled improperly, please write to me first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania.

10 Changes

If the way I handle data changes, I will update this policy and the date at the top of the page.

This is a translation of the Lithuanian policy. If the English and Lithuanian versions differ, the Lithuanian version applies.
