Situation
A music therapist in Kaunas had her website on Wix, which cost about €23 a month. She needed a refreshed, fast website without ongoing platform fees.
What I did
- Designed a new, calm and warm look that matches the mood of the therapy.
- Rebuilt the site as a static website hosted on Cloudflare Pages: no database and no plugins that need constant updates.
- Built a booking form with spam protection. Enquiries go straight to the client’s inbox.
- Took care of what search engines need: descriptions, structured data, a sitemap and Google Search Console.
- Moved the domain with no downtime, so the Wix subscription was no longer needed.
Result
The website is fast and works well on mobile, and hosting now costs nothing. The client receives enquiries straight to her inbox and no longer has to worry about platform fees.
